Guests do not need an account to read a published guide.

We use this information to provide and maintain guides, manage accounts and subscriptions, answer enquiries, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. A property's full address and postcode help us identify its area and calculate useful distances. They are not displayed on the public guest guide.

Who receives it

We share only what is needed with providers that support hosting, account access, payments, email and service operations. Paddle handles payment information under its own privacy terms. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your rights

We keep information only for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet accounting or legal requirements.
