These terms apply when you create an account, buy a subscription or use a Roundabout Guide.

The service
Roundabout Guide is a trading name used by Jeremy Vaughan. Our service address is Demesne Farm, Skenfrith, Monmouthshire, NP7 8UF. The service creates and maintains local guest guides for short-term rental properties. You are responsible for checking the property information and recommendations you submit. Event details can change, so guests should check with the venue before travelling.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You must have authority to submit property photographs, logos and written recommendations.
Subscriptions
The Guide costs £18 per property each month unless another written price applies. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. If you change the number of properties, your charge may be adjusted for the rest of the current billing period. Payments and applicable taxes are handled by Paddle.
Cancelling
You may cancel from your account at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues until then. See our refund policy for the circumstances in which a refund may be available.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep guides useful and current, but cannot guarantee that every venue, event, travel time or third-party link will remain accurate or available. To the extent permitted by law, Roundabout Guide is not responsible for losses caused by third-party venues, events or services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
