This policy explains how to cancel and what to do if something has gone wrong with a payment.

Who provides the service
Roundabout Guide is a trading name used by Jeremy Vaughan. Our service address is Demesne Farm, Skenfrith, Monmouthshire, NP7 8UF.
Cancel at any time
You can cancel your monthly subscription from your account. Your guide remains available until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged for another month.
Refund requests
Payments are generally non-refundable once a paid period has started. If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or the service was not provided as agreed, email us within 14 days of the charge. We will review the circumstances and respond promptly. This does not affect any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer law.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned through Paddle to the original payment method. The time taken for the money to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
